Camille Perrin is the Senior Food Policy Officer at BEUC, The European Consumer Organization, where she deals with a variety of issues pertaining to food law, including European legislation on food labeling, food hygiene and safety, food additives, food waste, and more. Before joining BEUC seven years ago, Perrin worked as Scientific and Regulatory Affairs Manager for an agri-food trade association, following EU and international regulatory developments relating to food and feed law. She holds a M.Sc. in Food Science and Technology from the National School of Agronomy of Nancy and a M.Sc. in Nutrition from Montpellier University in France.
