Henri Landes is Executive Director of the GoodPlanet Foundation. He is also a Lecturer on climate policy at the Institute of Political Sciences in Paris (SciencesPo). As cofounder of CliMates, a think and do tank on climate change, Landes has worked on climate change and sustainable development for the past seven years. He was advisor to the President of the National Assembly on climate, energy and agricultural policy from 2014 to 2016, notably during the COP21 which France presided. He has written and co-written two books on international cooperation on climate change and on American contemporary politics. French-American, Landes grew up in New York and San Francisco before obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in History at the University of California, Davis, and later a Master in International Affairs at the Institute of Political Sciences in Paris.
