Meriem Riadi started her career in strategy consulting at Roland Berger in 2006, in the media telecom and financial services competence centers.
She joined in 2015 Groupama, a European insurance leader, in in the strategy department and become the Group Chief Digital Officer in 2016 in charge of digital marketing / customer experience, data and the development of new offers.
At the end of 2017, Riadi joined Suez as the Group Chief Digital officer in charge of the digitization of the customer experience, of data / analytics and of the development of new business models.
Riadi is a member of the Comex40 of the Medef, a non-executive body reporting to the president in charge of bringing innovative ideas. She received in 2019 the Next Leader Award for Digital from les Echos. Riadi graduated from ESCP-EAP in 2006.
