Michèle Finck’s research focuses on the regulation of the digital economy, in particular on data protection, artificial intelligence and blockchain. She recently authored the book ‘Blockchain Regulation and Governance in the EU’ and is an editor of the Cambridge Handbook on the Law of the Sharing Economy. She is a CERRE Research Fellow, a Senior Research Fellow at the Munich-based Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition and a fellow at University College London.
