Brieuc Van Damme

Health Economist, KULeuven and College of Europe, and founder and managing partner, Baere

Brieuc Van Damme is a health economist (KULeuven and College of Europe), and the founder and managing partner of Baere, craft consulting – a boutique healthcare consulting based in Brussels (BE) and Tromsø (NO). He is the former deputy chief of staff of Belgian Minister of Health Maggie De Block, former lecturer at the Universities of Ghent, Antwerp and at the Ecole Nationale d’Administration in Kinshasa. He also co-founded and chaired the Friday Group, a policy think-tank financed by the King Baudouin Foundation. He has authored many policy books, papers and articles.
