Dr. Raymond Hutubessy

SENIOR HEALTH ECONOMIST, WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION (WHO)

Dr. Raymond Hutubessy is a Senior Health Economist at the World Health Organization (WHO). Since its inauguration in 2007, Dr. Hutubessy has been responsible as the Executive Secretary of the WHO Immunization and Vaccines related Implementation Research (IVIR) Advisory Committee (formerly QUIVER-AC). Since 2005, he has been the lead economist at the Immunization, Vaccine and Biologicals Department, where he sponsors and conducts research in vaccine economics and modelling of vaccine preventable diseases. He holds a Ph.D. in Health Economics from Erasmus University in Rotterdam the Netherlands.
