Erika Mink is the Vice President Public Affairs at Tetra Pak, a global market leader in food processing & packaging solutions with more than 25.000 employees. She heads the groups Public Affairs and advocacy worldwide and has a longstanding experience in the areas of sustainability, packaging, food security and economic development.
She represents Tetra Pak vis-a-vis the EU Institutions and Intergovernmental Organisations as well as international industry bodies such as the Consumer Goods Forum and the Global Dairy Platform.
Prior to joining Tetra Pak, Erika worked for a leading international consulting firm where she provided advice to clients in industry, governments and financial institutions in the field of environment policies, clean technologies, technology transfer, capacity building and institutional development. She has worked in Europe, Latin America and Central Asia.
Erika Mink received her M.Sc. in Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences, Giessen-Friedberg, School of Environmental Engineering and Industrial Hygiene (Germany) and studied Engineering at the University of Maryland (USA). She is scholar of the Hans-Böckler Foundation.
